Helen Shaw is a coach and organisational consultant who works alongside individuals, teams and organizations to look beyond immediate problems and explore creative and different ways of approaching working life challenges.
With over twenty years experience of leading a small human rights charity she has extensive experience of operating in complex and challenging political and legal milieu to bring about lasting changes to practice and policy. She is an experienced professional with Board level experience who brings a wealth of hands on experience and expertise to her practice.
Helen is also a senior lecturer at Birmingham University on the NHS Leadership Academy Elizabeth Garrett Anderson programme and a visiting lecturer at the Tavistock & Portman NHS Foundation Trust. She is currently studying for a doctorate in Consultation and the Organisation focussing on organisational learning the challenges for leadership and governance in the aftermath of serious incidents.

Catriona was part of the corporate acquisitions of both large and small businesses in the UK, Germany and Ireland. During that time she was involved directly in sales, marketing and public relations. One aspect of her role involved event management and representation of companies at international food fairs. As a result she continues to value the critical importance of good working relationships. She coaches leaders and managers on the importance of building such relationships for good company morale and business success.
At the end of her corporate career, she trained as a psychotherapist and a professional supervisor and works across all professions.
She now coaches leaders and managers to enable them to review in-depth their own internal process and performance with the intention of helping them to reach their highest potential.
She draws on her broad knowledge and her experience as a psychotherapist and supervisor to enhance her coaching work which enables her to explore working dilemmas in depth.
Catriona acquired her professional training from the University of Dublin - Trinity College Dublin, and Tracht -Psychotherapy Foundation, Galway. She holds a Master of Arts in Supervisory Practice from Dublin City University.

Annette has worked as an organisational consultant and coach since 2003 and has held senior management roles in training, education and the voluntary sector. Annette is passionate about realising potential at all levels of the organisation through coaching and training. Annette has specialised in effective professional relationships and systems theory in the health sector, education and higher education as well as in business settings. She has extensive experience problem solving with individuals and teams and uses coaching and consultation tools to enable clients to understand and work with organisational dynamics. Annette specialises in skills training including leadership and mentoring.
She is an associate lecturer at Queen’s University Belfast and at Clanwilliam Institute, Dublin and has contributed to journals in her field.
Annette holds an MSc in Systemic Therapy, an ACCA Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting & Finance and is a UKCP registered psychotherapist with additional CBT & MBTI training.

Frances Heery is an Executive Coach, Organizational Analyst, Psychotherapist, Supervisor, Trainer and Teacher.
She coaches leaders and teams to do the best job possible in a fast moving interconnected world. She assists them to become more aware of the tangible, and often intangible factors and forces influencing leadership styles, team dynamics, and responsiveness to challenges. Frances has worked as a coach and consultant for the past fifteen years in the educational, pharmaceutical, IT, health, banking, SMEs, media and charity sectors. Dr Martin McNamara
Martin has over thirty years experience in healthcare and higher education. He has coached clients from these sectors as well as from sectors as diverse as banking and finance, information and communications technology and the hospitality industry. He is on the internal coaching panel for University College Dublin where he is Dean of Nursing. His principal interest is in coaching leaders with a focus on how leadership is embodied and enacted within organisational systems and processes that both enable and constrain leadership. He has researched and published in the area of leadership development for healthcare professionals.
Martin holds a Professional Diploma in Business and Executive Coaching from the UCD Graduate School of Business, is a certified analytic-network coach and an accredited provider of Oshry's Organisation Workshop, a systemic approach to organisational and leadership development. He is also involved in the delivery of leadership development programmes for the NHS Leadership Academy and was recently selected to be a Fellow of the American Academy of Nursing. He was awarded an honorary Doctor of Science degree by the University of Connecticut and is an Honorary Professor at the School of Nursing, Midwifery and Social Work, University of Queensland.
Martin’s early career was in mental health nursing and he holds a BSc degree as well as masters degrees in education, social sciences and nursing, and a doctoral degree in education.

Anna-Marie has been at the forefront of leadership and personal development for over fifteen years working with high performing individuals and teams across three continents. She served in the British Army for nine years deploying on three operational tours and has worked in a range of challenging environments. She initially developed valuable coaching experience from her successful military career, and then further advanced her knowledge working on a variety of international multi-cultural learning and development projects.
Anna-Marie holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Applied Coaching from the University of Derby, Masters in Teaching from the University of Sydney and is a qualified iWAM and eDISC psychommetric profile tool facilitator. Anna-Marie is also a staunch supporter of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and was actively involved in the establishment of the inaugural Dubai and Saudi Arabia Regional Chapters.
Anna-Marie’s core ethos is reflected through her consultancy business Reach for More. where she believes improving yourself is an all round experience and accordingly sets herself demanding physical challenges. In the last two years Anna-Marie has qualified twice for the 70.3 IRONMAN World Championships, placed second in Marathon des Sables 2015 and consistently achieves podium places in ultra distance races.

Amanda works as an independent leadership coach and consultant, based in the Geneva area.
