Dr Simon Western
Simon is the CEO and founder of A-N Coaching. He is an international coach, consultant, keynote speaker, academic and author of two acclaimed books on leadership and coaching.Simon’s coaching expertise is with senior leaders, working on strategy, organizational change and their personal leadership relationships and challenges.
Simon works across three areas:
Depth Coaching: Working at depth with individuals, taking leaders beyond their own insights
Strategic Coaching: clarifying purpose, developing strategic thinking and delivering strategic change

Pooja Sachdev
Pooja has utilised her coaching expertise in the corporate and charity sectors. She has worked as an organisational consultant for over 15 years, in global corporations, in the banking sector. She holds a Masters in Occupational Psychology and is a qualified coach, counselor and group moderator. She has a special interest in engagement, well-being, and diversity and inclusion at work. Her forthcoming co-authored book titled Rewire: A Radical Approach to Diversity and Difference will be published by Bloomsbury in 2015.
Pooja has worked across different sectors and with various segments of the population, from nurses, cancer patients and PhD students to lawyers and senior banking executives. She has lived in three countries, travelled extensively and is committed to the ethos of bringing out the best in others and enabling individuals and organisations to fulfill their potential.
Alan Gilchrist
Alan has worked as an Executive and Leadership Coach in organisations for over fifteen years following a successful fifteen-year career in the oil industry. He works primarily at Director and Board level in the business, public and third sectors and has established a reputation as a committed and thoughtful professional, attuned to the needs of both individuals and the organisation.
He teaches on and co-leads the AoEC Advanced Diploma programme in Executive Coaching, widely recognized as the leading advanced executive coach training in the UK.
Alan brings a powerful combination of business experience, in-depth psychological training and systems thinking. Whether working with SMEs or the largest corporations, his interest is in supporting and co-creating energy and oomph (an entrepreneurial approach). Caroline Taplin ACII FPC Chartered FCIPD
Caroline has been employed both within the private and public sectors, 20 years in Financial services , 5 years within the NHS, holding a number of senior management positions reporting to Boards. As a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Insurance, Caroline recognises the demands of commercial productivity and performance balanced with the needs for humanising work and personal life.
Caroline works as a Leadership coach and as an Associate with Edgecumbe, Acuity and Coalescence Consulting and Keele and Bristol Universities. Caroline's coaching clients are across the finance,health and academic sectors. Dr Sally Vanson
Dr Sally Vanson is an international business coach, coach supervisor and professional coach trainer. She is a Professional Certified Coach with the ICF, an Analytic-Network Coach and an mBIT Certified Coach. She has been nominated for the Association of Coaching Awards for ‘most influential coach’ and ‘most impactful coach’. Sally’s corporate background was with Hanson PLC, then as an employed management consultant, Director of OD and HR for Mazda Cars before founding The Performance Solution™ in 2001. In 2002 Sally became a global partner with Dilts Strategy Group, in San Francisco.
Sally’s positive attitude and insight, underpinned by an ability to analyse complicated strategic issues quickly and logically, enable her to inspire practical solutions for transforming personal and business performance. She works in industries as diverse as legal and financial services, hospitality, pharmaceutical, logistics, ‘e’ commerce, manufacturing, automotive, retail and professional services in blue chip organisations, the public sector and third sectors on a global basis. Her doctoral research investigated dysfunctional, identity issues in senior partners in law firms.
Jen Gash
I am a highly qualified, experienced coach and therapist, who has worked for over twenty years with individuals and teams. I work with a wide range of clients including those in large statutory organisations, through to individuals starting new businesses, ventures and personal projects.
As a coach, I work with a variety of tools, developmental frameworks and theoretical models. I am a visiting lecturer at Worcester University and regularly teach coaching skills to various groups. I am also a practicing artist and writer.

Joanna Trela
Joanna coaching approach focuses on her client’s real desire; helping them discover what really motivates and engages them to live and work well. She has experience in international corporations (GE and EY) in Career Development departments, and working with individuals and groups as a facilitator and a trainer of psycho-social skills, including 3 years as a Career Mentor at The Business & Economics Careers Centre (BECC).
She has also studied psychoanalytic method for over a decade, and Lacan’s psychoanalysis for the last 3 years with the Australian Centre for Psychoanalysis (ACP). Joanna is licensed to conduct psychological trainings (PTP [no.44] 1st degree level).
She holds Masters in Psychology and is currently doing PhD in Organisation Studies/Critical Management at The University of Melbourne.
Joanna takes relational and challenging approaches to her professional work with clients, questioning their accepted norms. She also draws on her sense of humour and warmth to ensure coaching sessions are dynamic and engaging, and are taking place in a safe, trusting environment. Joanna is fluent in English and Polish.
Kate Taylor Hewett
Kate has 20 years of experience across the corporate, social enterprise and charity sectors, as well as setting up and running several businesses of her own. Live Your Values, her coaching business founded in 2011, focusses on working with creative leaders and their teams, social entrepreneurs, Directors, business owners and individuals who want to bring more of what is important to them into their lives and work.
Kate has a solid theoretical and practical understanding of how the mind and brain-body work, and recognises the huge change potential within us all. In additional to her other roles she has taught yoga and mindfulness meditation for 13 years, and since 2012 has been designing ways of integrating coaching, meditation and yoga with neurofeedback, which has given her a unique insight into the practical application of neuroscience. She is a flexible and creative coach who is currently writing her dissertation for an MSc in Coaching & Mentoring at Sheffield Business School.
