Dr Sally Vanson is an international business coach, coach supervisor and professional coach trainer. Martin has over thirty years experience in healthcare and higher education. He has coached clients from these sectors as well as from sectors as diverse as banking and finance, information and communications technology and the hospitality industry. He is on the internal coaching panel for University College Dublin where he is Dean of Nursing. His principal interest is in coaching leaders with a focus on how leadership is embodied and enacted within organisational systems and processes that both enable and constrain leadership.
